Real vs. Tainted Golf

We’re watching the WM Phoenix Open Golf Tournament which draws enormous crowds. The 16th. hole is surrounded by 20,000 fans who party like there’s no tomorrow every year.

The PGA Tour has been doing a terrific job of highlighting their loyal players who didn’t abandon the fans to accept obscene amounts of money from The Saudis and their LIV TOUR.

They hope we’ll forget that 15 of the 19 hijackers on 9/11 were Saudis.

It’s rumored that spectators at this year’s Phoenix Open were asked if they miss seeing people like Reid, DeChambeua, Smith, and Koepka…most people said ‘who’ as if they’d never heard of the defectors.

Good riddance….may they revel in their money and well deserved obscurity…never hearing again the explosive roar for a great shot on the famous par 3 in Phoenix.
