The famous fly fisherman Lefty Kreh passed away this past year and what a life he lived.
A very young cowboy ran across a video online showing Lefty and his ideas on casting.
I’m paraphrasing here but at the end the clip, he said that the surroundings he fished in and the people he fished with made up 90% of his enjoyment whether they caught any fish or not.
I’ll try to be cognizant of that the next time I go five hours without fooling a fish.
What do you think?
