Today was car maintenance duty for a very young cowboy.

I drove to Arapahoe Hyundai and discovered that they have a brand spanking new facility on the other side of Arapahoe Road.

Let me tell ya, this place, like Elon’s flying car, takes service to the next level.

I was greeted by Cauther  Sekatawa…one of their Super Service Advisors. He mentioned, when asked, about the SUPER designation.

Cauther modestly said that the company had received so many emails praising his attention to detail and upbeat personality, that the aforementioned designation was a no brainer.

I asked if it was true that they had 15 deluxe massage chairs in the waiting room and he winked and affirmed that indeed they do.

It’s rumored that in 2027, they are adding three hitting bays like Top Golf, a pool table, and a burrito bar.

My report is an A+ and kudos to the genius who thought of these unique ways to enhance the customer experience!
