Life is good

Dan Lilya had always dreamed of playing football for The Moose Creek Rebels.

The only problem…he was born with a severed spinal cord and is paralyzed from the waist down.

One of the players on the team had a thought.

‘Couldn’t Dan be the holder for field goals and extra points?’

The coach loved the idea and the rest is history. Dan has successfully performed his duties for twenty field goals and extra points for The Rebels.

Recently, Dan was invited to practice with The Minnesota Vikings where he took the field to hold for some field goals.

The Vikings players surprised the courageous holder with tickets to today’s Super Bowl between The Eagles and Patriots.

Life is good.
