A good friend went to the podiatrist recently and was greeted by an exceptionally courteous receptionist named Carol.
He felt compelled to brighten her day with a couple of short stories and encouraged her to watch the hilarious video online entitled Cockatoo Loves Elvis.
As my friend was saying goodbye, Carol encouraged him by proclaiming…’what a gift you are to the world.’
When he related her compliment to me, it stopped me in my tracks.
What a soul lifting… heartfelt…generous thing to say!
Whether Carol knows it or not, she is a huge gift to the world.
