Someone please help me understand The Colorado Rockies front office.
They are shelling out $106 million dollars over the next three years for three relief pitchers who will go unnamed.
If you’ve watched any games this summer, you must empathize with the everyday starters who play amazing defense and the starting pitchers who look on in disbelief as one game after another is given away in the late innings by this obscenely overpaid threesome.
The question is how on earth could the front office error so egregiously in ‘giving away’ so much money to players who are night in and night out throwing away any chance for the playoffs?
No worries though.
We’ve found that Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune are far more entertaining and infinitely less frustrating.
