Shucks…we missed it again.
National Squirrel Appreciation Day was January 21st.
It seems a great day was had with costume parties, squirrel stew cook offs, and dancing till dawn.
We celebrate these critters too…on April 13 every year, we recall how they invaded our attic and created havoc before we shipped them off to the foothills.
