Tornado season

Many years ago, a very young cowboy worked for a boilermaker company in Kansas City. We did an annual job at a large oil refinery in Wichita.

In May, you’d see storm clouds rolling across the plains where it seemed that twenty tornadoes could descend at once.

This picture reminded me of those days and why I’ll never buy a trailer home in Kansas.
