Recently, a very young cowboy spent time reading in a memorial park near the Trophy Club.
Denny and Peggy lived in the neighborhood for many years and both loved their two sons, tennis, and skiing. I can close my eyes and see Peggy striding onto the tennis court with the biggest smile….it was her Friday tennis drill and she had just had her nails done at Fransua’s. Yesterday marked the twentieth anniversary of Flight 800 that crashed into The Atlantic Ocean twelve minutes after takeoff. Eleven hundred friends, neighbors, and teammates attended the service that summer to honor these special people. The park in their neighborhood has a special feeling too. Rest in peace Denny and Peggy. We think of you often and pray that we’ll see you again.
