Riley could make time stand still
when he curled up next to you…
could make you believe that
the world was beyond special
Unflappable was he
and unforgettable as well
One of those special characters
whose light shined soooo brightly
I write this with a tear in both eyes…
with a heart that longs for just one more day
wishing that those loving eyes and gentle spirit
could live here forever
And now…I realize beyond a doubt
Riley will reside with us beyond this day
He will live in our hearts and our memories
