Jazmine never met her father…never heard a bedtime story or the words ‘you’re beautiful’ from him or anyone else in her life.
When she turned seventeen, Jaz volunteered at an orphanage caring for children in need. Reading to them and making the kids feel good about themselves seemed so easy…so natural.
Now nineteen, Jazmine is working towards her degree in social work and continues helping out at the orphanage. She knows this is what she was born to do.
Last Thursday, Jaz smiled when five year old Lacy said, ‘you know, Ms. Jazmine, you are the most beautiful girl in the world.’
