We are meant to lead carefree lives
Not reckless…..not careless
and certainly not careful
We’re designed to be free
like bluebirds or butterflies and
singing instead of worrying about
the little things that pester us
If one wants to live carefree
then let go of useless expectations and limiting beliefs
that are like a ball and chain some appear to drag around
Wise are they who sing in the shower……
who know the power that children live each day
Many days they inhabit a frazzle free zone
while in the sandbox or on the jungle gym….
singing like a bluebird and flying about as if a butterfly
free from communication contraptions
that have bound us older folks like a magnet on steroids
May you find a frazzle free zone this week and cherish
the time when being disconnected is actually reconnecting with yourself.
