Call it a ‘gravity’ step…a drop step, or a sprinter step whichever you like. This is how tennis pros get to drop shots when it looks like they have no chance.

What are the components?

A foot drops to the rear which moves the center of balance forward. The significant other arm drops off the racquet and both arms pump vigorously for three steps.

The upper body leans forward. This should enable you to become a tuned in viewer of tennis on TV or online and who knows, you may get to more drop shots than ever before.
