A successful businessman wanted to make a difference in Beaumont, Texas which was ravaged by Hurricane Harvey. He surprised homeowners and Christmas shoppers by greeting them and presenting them with crisp $100 bills.
Then, he took it a step further. He gave police officers one hundred bills so they could present them to people in need.
