Take a break.

Get away to your favorite place where nothing and no one can intrude.

Take a few minutes every day.

Your own private siesta.

No cell phone. Television. Or IPad.

No need to hurry here or there.

Let the tension fall from you like honey from a beehive.

There’ll always be time to amp up again once you have recharged the batteries that…truth be known…need a break now and then.
