Dave fought for The United States of America in Operation Desert Storm. He was badly injured and spent nine months recovering at Walter Reed Medical Center. Today, Dave is jobless and homeless. PTSD haunts him constantly but especially on the Fourth of July. Last week, he heard a car crash and dropped to his knees immediately. It’s November and Dave fears the cold and snow that will arrive soon. He once was a skilled carpenter and prays that someone will give him a chance to get back on his feet and support himself.
