Sweetness

Fifty years from now, many of us will be long gone, but people will still be talking about the sensational Roger Federer.

Twenty major titles and three of the last five when many folks had suggested his best days were over.

As Chris Fowler said today…’time marches on except for Roger Federer.’

It has become almost laughable at the number of aces he hits on the line when his back’s against the wall. Just guessing here but it has to be 25-1 in this regard vs. his opponents except for Pete Sampras and Goran Ivanisevic.

Make no mistake, Rafael Nadal will be mentioned with Fed in the coming decades. He may even one day surpass the #20. But, like basketball will never see another Michael Jordan, how lucky we are to be witnessing the Baryshnikov of tennis.

Enjoy it while you can people.
