Simplicity in Tennis
Dave Romberg was the head tennis professional at Cherry Hills Country Club in Denver for 29 years.
He used to ask players to say their initials before starting a class.
Dave informed players that the average club level doubles point is 2-4 shots.
Why not whisper to yourself your initials following successful shots?
You’ll be on your way to winning more points, games, and matches as you consistently make 3, 4, or more shots per point.
Dave is the gentleman on the left and is surely one of the best pros we’ve had in Colorado and undoubtedly the funniest as well.
