After getting skunked yesterday at The South Platte River at Deckers, I began wondering if there might be a better way. Turns out there is. A group in Durango called Duranglers trains bald eagles to help fishermen in need. Give them a call if you’re planning a trip to a western Colorado this year.

The Colorado Rockies took a chance in signing Greg Holland as their closer this season. He was coming off of Tommy John surgery and results are always in question. Well…the gamble paid off as Holland is now 24 – O in saves and all of Colorado is celebrating.
